The BlastAsia management team brings together a group of complementing experts who has worked together over years adding value and growing the company.


PRESIDENT& CEO : Mr.Arup Maity (PMP,MBA,B.E)

Mr. Maity is the founder President & CEO of Blastasia Inc., under his leadership, BlastAsia, Inc started as a custom web based solution provider to local Philippines companies and has grown to serve the needs of clients both local and foreign since mid of the year 2000. As a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Project Management Professional (188635), Mr. Maity, has been involved with project management and general management practice in various roles and industries over last 15 years.

He started his career by managing projects in civil construction and consulting. After taking up his MBA from Asian Institute of Management in 1997, he joined the Business Consulting in the area of Real Estate as a Director Business Development heading the Business Planning group of Landco Pacific Corporation Inc. He started LandExcel Consulting Inc. after Landco Pacific Group, a Business Consulting company focusing in real estate and retail. As a Senior Partner in LandExcel, the focus area of his experience has been in managing problem /green field projects. After successful startup, passing the management to partners Mr. Maity moved on to start BlastAsia Inc. in the mid 2000.

Mr. Maity is also an Adjunct Faculty of Project Management and IT Strategy in Asian Institute of Management since 2002. He is an active member Philippines Software Industry Association (PSIA) and had served as Director in 2006 and 2008.

Head of Software Quality Assurance : Mr. Jun Sionson

Mr. Jun Sionson, is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Dela Salle University. He has extensive experience in the field of I.T, from being a Programmer to Project manager. His experience includes, from developing simple software applications to complex research and development work. As a Senior Project Manager, has proven himself to be efficient in handling both local and international projects following the entire software development life cycle from inception to implementation phase. Currently, he is responsible for the process and quality improvement effort of Blastasia,Inc.

Head of Business Development : Ms.Tinette Arzadon

Ms. Arzadon currently heads the Business Development Group (BDG) of BlastAsia. Prior to her appointment with BDG, she was involved in the production process as a Project Manager. She has close to ten years of experience in the field of Information Technology and her area of expertise includes Project Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Business Analysis and Programming. She is also well versed in Microsoft Technologies and Internet Technologies. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Head of Project Management Office: Mr.Teodoro D. Gener, Jr,

Mr. Gener, has worked on IT projects for over 20 years now, and 10 years of which focuses in management bringing added value to the organization and service to clients. His exposure in building systems stretches to various types of businesses: from banking, school operation, hospital and clinic management, manpower and human resources, merchant and trading systems, etc.

He worked on a USAID-funded software development project as Project Manager from 1999-02, the systems that was instrumental for bringing in Micro-Access to Banking Services (MABS) methodology to the Philippines. Just recent to the job in Blast Asia, he held the position as General Manager and member of the Board in ASECSOFT, the software company responsible for rolling-out the MABS software in over 150 bank branches Philippine-wide.

Joined BlastAsia in the early 2008, has worked on continuous improvement for the organization by installing SCRUM and other processes for better and effective delivery of products and services. Also a member of the management committee (mancom), working on projects that has to do with aligning the company direction and meeting goals.

Head of Technology Management Group : Mr.Roy Saberon

Mr. Saberon is a seasoned developer that has more than ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology practice. He has been exposed to several technologies and platform before focusing on Microsoft Technologies. He has been with BlastAsia for more than three (3) years and have recently promoted to head the elite group of the company’s technical team the Technology Management Group. He has been spearheading the research and development effort of BlastAsia and training.

MANAGER for Finance and Administration : Ms.Bernadette T. Lampano

Ms. Lampano heads the Finance Department of BlastAsia and is the overall in-charge of the administrative work in BlastAsia. She is a seasoned Accountant with over eighteen (18) years of work experience. She has exposure to different industries such as I.T ISP, Real Estate, Shipping,General Services, etc. She is well versed in accounting and also handles administration-related issues of the company very efficiently, as proven by her exemplary performance as an Administrator and Finance Manager of BlastAsia, Inc. for the past four (4) years.

Head of Human Resource Management : Mr.Aries DLL. Dizon

Mr. Dizon has lead a progressive career of more than three years in HR particularly in general recruitment for local and international clients. He also has an experience in marketing and business development. For the last three years, he is primarily working as an HR Consultant and technical recruiter for IT consulting firms.
