Technology Integration Group, Inc.   Client Overview The Technology Integration Group (TIG) is a leading Value Added Reseller with head office located in San Diego California with several offices across the United States. We are maintaining its B2B store application, a web-based system that primarily handles its sales transactions through an ordering system online. TIG wanted the application to be maintained by an off-shore IT service provider that would work hand in hand with its own development team located at the US head office. Our engagement with TIG exists over 4 years.   Current Engagement Applications Maintenance Service : BlastAsia is currently supporting TIG by providing a Dedicated Offshore Team to maintain their B2B Ecommerce Application. BAI currently provides eight (8) dedicated developers that support different areas of the application. The Team was tasked to do corrective maintenance work, database management, and application enhancements to the B2B store application.     B2B Ecommerce porting : BlastAsia is currently porting the whole B2B Ecommerce site to a newer version developed in Microsoft .Net 2.0 Framework that utilizes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Database. The development of the new B2B E-commerce application aims to improve the performance of the system with enhanced functionalities and tightly integrated modules. The key change that will be provided is a modular-based architecture to handle changes in the systems with minimum turnaround time for the enhancements and a reduction in the risk of errors.     Software Testing and Support Services : BlastAsia provides software testing services, including the development and execution of test plans, using manual and automated testing methods. BAI’s other support services include: server management services like audit of server changes, monitoring of critical services such as HTTP and FTP; and, low-cost and high-skilled research and development services focused on the technology, tools and methodologies which are most appropriate to solve specific customer challenges. Established in Capelle a/d IJssel and Zwolle, Infa provides its software to many banks and financial intermediaries in whole country. Its software packages are user-friendly and transparent for counselors and understandable for consumers. While work is ongoing for improvements of its current software, Infa also aims for innovative solutions which anticipate on future developments.
